After moving to Arkansas we found there was no decent sourdough bread in Arkansas.
We wanted to eat a decent sandwich or just a slice to go with our bacon and eggs.
We decided to create our own sourdough bread. We started on the learning curve of how to make the best Sourdough, next we needed a good starter with we got from our friends at Hillian Farms.
Next was baking a lot of bread to become profient, so now we got our methods down pat. We gave away a lot of bread to get people’s opinion. They liked it and we had found a need for the people in our area – GREAT Sourdough Bread.
And Yes, Kirk is from Arizona and somewhere in his ancestry is Dutch Blood.
